Robert Evans will be speaking on “Time to Play On the Wedding Day.”
What are the top 3 things you want attendees to take from your presentation?
1. I want my attendees to see that it is possible to create a schedule that is conducive to capturing great images on the wedding day, all prior to the ceremony.
2. I want my attendees to learn how to educate their clients on how to run on time in order to maximize their talents and time to the fullest on the wedding day.
3. I want my attendees to understand that it is their responsibility to make sure they set themselves up for success on the wedding day. Do you shoot what you want. or do you shoot what you get?
What’s your favorite thing about Partner Conference Los Angeles?
I love the opportunity to help photographers learn from my 20 years of trial and error. Also, I really like the community Pictage has created, getting to spend time with all the photographers who attend and making lifelong friends is just an added bonus to a great lineup of speakers.
What is the best advice you can give someone who has never attended a Pictage Partner Conference?
Just do it! Is that plagiarism? Beyond the speakers, some of the best moments happen in between sessions, at lunch or during breaks. The relationships you develop are invaluable.
Besides your own presentation who would you like to hear?
I really like Mike Larson, Jay Goldman, Carlos Baez, Dane Sanders, Sara France and Me Ra Koh. These photographers are not only excellent behind their cameras, but have a passion for sharing the valuable knowledge they each bring to this industry.
