TED is devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design. Since then its scope has become ever broader. While not new (originally filmed in 2008) this talk is inspiring.  David Griffin, The photo director for National Geographic, knows the power of photography to connect us to our world. Favorite Photos with Anna & Spencer

For the last six months Anna and Spencer have been featuring a series called Favorite Photos. They showcase an image and discuss how they shot it, what they were thinking, and why it’s a favorite. Spencer explained the original thought behind doing the series. It was to give any people visiting the blog a good sense of who they are along with their thought process on the images they capture.
