Submit Your “Best Shot of the Summer,” and Get a Chance to Win $1,958 in Prizes.
It’s easy to enter. Just send your “best shot of the summer” to contests@shootq.com between Sept. 15 and Sept. 21, 2013 (web-res jpg format). Please include your address (city and state) with your submission. Once the submission period closes, we will upload all eligible submissions to an album on the ShootQ Facebook page and promote the voting period, from Sept. 22 through Sept. 28, 2013. Share with friends, family and colleagues to garner “likes” for your submission. The image with the most “likes” by the end of the voting period wins!
Make sure you include a logo or watermark in the lower right-hand corner of your image to get more exposure for your studio. We also encourage you to share the call for entries Facebook post and tag ONE photographer friend who inspires or challenges you.
Grand Prize: A free ShootQ Hub account for one year ($959 value) and a Full House consultation ($999 value) with the participating ACE* (accredited consulting expert) of your choice to setup your account and get familiar with the software.
The official winner will be announced on Sept. 30, 2013 on the ShootQ Facebook page.

Contest Rules & Submission Guidelines
Theme: Your Best Shot of the Summer
Submission period: Sept. 15 – 21, 2013
Voting period: Sept. 22 – Sept. 28, 2013
Winner announced: Mon., Sept. 30, 2013
The contest is open to all photographers, amateur to pro, members and non-members. Only one entry per participant. Employees of Photo Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries, ShootQ, Pictage or any affiliated vendors/partners, including ACEs, are not eligible to participate or vote on the winners. Any votes (in the form of Facebook “likes”) from ineligible participants will not be counted, if discovered. Photos must be in good taste and suitable for all audiences (must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of ShootQ management, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content); ShootQ reserves the right to eliminate inappropriate images from the album for voting. Winner will be determined by the highest number of likes on Facebook during the voting period. In the event of a tie, ShootQ management will make the deciding vote. Judges’ decision is final.
Participants are encouraged to share their entries and solicit “likes” during the voting period. By entering the Contest, Entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that he or she has the express rights to use the submitted photograph and that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. ShootQ reserves the right to promote the submitted images via social media and in its marketing efforts.
In the event that a current ShootQ member wins, he or she will be credited for a year of ShootQ service (if the winner is not already on the Hub plan, he or she will also be bumped up to it) and receive the Full House ACE consultation.
In the event that the winner is a ShootQ ambassador with a complimentary account, he or she will receive a $79.95 per month print credit with Pictage for 12 months and the Full House ACE consultation.
