Images and Stories — Photographer Images Adorn our Walls: Phase 3

As you may remember, this summer Pictage CEO Jim Collins posted on the forums requesting Pictage Members to submit photos to hang on the Pictage walls. Since then we shared our first two batches of images that went up on the walls at Pictage, here is the third! Make sure to show some comment love to the fabulous Pictage community members that submitted these photos and their accompanying stories. Thank you again to everyone who participated!

“Krista and Gabe had their wedding at a luxury show home where Krista did the interior decor.  The foyer had this beautiful spiral staircase at the front entryway that was begging to be photographed.  I positioned them in the middle of the ceramic tile floor, went upstairs and leaned over the railing, held my camera with a 15mm fisheye as high over my head as I could reach and clicked the shutter.”

“This precious little one got up super early, excited more than groom and bride combined – all because he would be the bearer of the ring pillow. The excitement faded by late morning, and he was the last one to get ready, everyone waiting for him, ready to head to church! Let me just say, he rocked it!”

“My beautiful bride Gilda had the most striking bone structure. It exemplified a perfect balance of delicateness and pure elegance. I wanted to showcase her gorgeous features in an equally elegant way. The reflection you see comes from the bevel of a nearby mirror. I used this subtle reflection to achieve a balance in the image.”
