What are the top 3 things you want attendees to take from your presentation?
1. I want them to walk away having a humble and objective perspective of the reality of how our leadership, personality and the way we work with people and their experiences has on the volume, and sustainability of work we do, especially in these unknown economic times.
2. Beyond shooting right the 1st time, There is so much to learn and grow thats outside of the camera with how we interact and lead the groups we work with, as well as leading our own businesses and the team we bring around us, no matter how big or small our studio is.
3. Todays up and coming photographer leaders are going to be tomorrows success stories. I am really passionate about sharing the blessings and lessons I’ve learned to encourage, inspire and build up those who attend.
What’s your favorite thing about Partner Conference Los Angeles?
The community and the momentum that photographers (including myself) get from attending and seeing the progressive and exciting things happening.
What is the best advice you can give someone who has never attended a Pictage Partner Conference?
You don’t miss what you don’t know. And I promise you, you are missing out not going. This is the cheapest you will ever get to see those who inspire you in a two day period.
Besides your own presentation who would you like to hear?
I’d love to hear Mike Colón, Joe Buissink, Carlos Baez among others, there isn’t a dull presenter or presentation here.
